La Posada

Overview

La Posada, southern Arizona's first nationally accredited, not-for-profit continuing care retirement community, is designed to offer you a healthy and active retirement lifestyle. As a not-for-profit organization, La Posada relies on partially refundable entry fees and monthly service fees to support over 700 residents who choose to live on our campus. Independent Living entry fees range from $63,750 to $345,370 for a single occupancy, depending on the apartment or garden homes style. Monthly service fees range from $1,865 to $4,428 for a single person, with a flat fee for a second person available.

Residents gladly trade in the responsibilities of home ownership for the active freedom they experience every day at La Posada. Our meticulously manicured 100-acre resort-like setting provides a country-club atmosphere, and our numerous concierge services make life easier. There are also countless stimulating activities right outside our door - from world-renowned birding and hiking to nearby golf courses, culture and art centers.
