Overview

StoneRidge is a Continuing Care Retirement Community set on 32 acres and adjacent to 100 acres of conservation land near the Sound and the Mystic River. Neighbors include the Mystic Seaport, the Aquarium, and the Denison Pequotsepos Nature Center. The New England style stone and clapboard architecture houses 270 spacious residential apartments with multi-paned bay windows. They range from 700 sq ft to 1800 sq ft in size. All residences have fully applianced eat-in kitchens, walk-in closets, washer/dryer, and a patio or balcony. The clubhouse boasts a beautiful indoor pool, fitness center, creative artist studio, library, convenience store, auditorium, woodworking shop, pub, Mariners’ Grille, Main dining room, reading room and three guest suites.
